Quest: Find a good MMO.
It seems like an impossible quest to me but for the majority of you the first thing that comes to your head is WoW. Since it’s late and I’m on this quest I might as well publish it. I intend to try out the latest MMOs and review them accordingly in the optic of finding one that would suit me.The requirements are:
- I must be able to play it alone.
- I must not grind too much.
- It must look great visually.
- It must have some sort of micro-management.
- It must be set in a setting that I like.
- I must be able to try it first.
The best MMO will have the most met requirements.Here’s my games listing so far:
World of Warcraft- Hate the graphics
EVE Online- Don’t like the sci-fi setting
City of Heroes- No depth, no management whatsoever
Lineage 2- Faggy renaissance dark emo asian stuff
Tabula Rasa- Sci-fi…
Star Wars Galaxies- Appeared bland to me, might give another try
- Vanguard
- Can’t try it. Heard it’s all about grinding
- Lord of the Rings Online
- Trying it now, need to try it more
- EverQuest II
- Played it already, will play it again
Ultima Online- Not able to put the effort into rebuilding a RunUO server again
- Pirates of the Burning Seas
- Just got it last night, need to try it more
Warhammer Online- Not out yet
Age of Conan- Not out yet
Hellgate London- Kinda gets repetitive quick plus I don’t like the setting all that much
Guild Wars 2- Not out yet
- The Matrix Online
- Need to try that one again
- PlanetSide
- Need to try it, never heard of it before
